Avoid senility with Backgammon
Following daily activities with doing job continuously by the same
movement, make people seems like a robot. Just imagine, wake up in the
morning, breakfast, go to work, lunch, rest for a while, get back to
work, back home, dinner, watch TV, go to bed, and wake up in the next
day. Its rolling back over and over, day by day, don't you feel tired
and bored? I'm sure, its causes tired, bored, and weakness not just
for body but also in a brain.
And then like always happened, when going back to home, we don't have
some ideas how to make and enjoy other good activities together with
our family. You know if it comes, without some creative ideas for
making our brain keep working and fresh, it would be make senility
faster.
Talking about those ideas, why you don't play some light games that
involved your family. Sure you can make some vacations together with
family, but its need special times, cost, and even fit condition. In
other words, vacation can refresh brain but not to body.
That is different if you take a game as a choice; you can play with
your family where and when as you want it. Besides there are so many
kinds of light games you can choose such as Dido, Monopoly, Domino, or
the other kind of card games, but the one of popular light games and
comfortable to play is Backgammon.
Backgammon is the kind of board game that has simple rules, needed a
strategy but not too complicated such as chess. Even now, Backgammon
become online, with online Backgammon on the net you can play with the
other people in around the world.
Internet Backgammon more fun if was played together with your
families. Because you can play with computer system as a jury, it
means could be avoid fraudulent trick that usually causes little
conflict between papa, mama, brother and sister :-)
